2.Main production equipment
We have introduced 6 sets of hot air regenerating type energy-saving smelting furnaces, 2 sets of same level dense array heat top bar casting equipment; 1 set of 50-ton aluminum bar homogen treatment furnace form USA.
We have introduced 18 sets of extrusion production lines in different tonnage including 2200t, 1800t, 1350t , 880t and 600t from Taiwan and Japan.
We have imported 3 sets of oxidation treatment and lustrous and matte electrophoresis production lines from Japan.
We have imported 4 sets of powder spraying production lines from Europe.
We have imported 4 sets of heat insulation (strip fixing) aluminum section material production lines from Switzerland.
We have imported 2 sets of aluminum door and window production lines from Germany.
We have imported 1 set of aluminum section material inspection equipment from USA.

3.Main products
Construction aluminum section materials include anode and oxidation materials; Lustrous and matte electrophoresis aluminum section materials include silver white, champagne, bronze color, titanium golden and black pearl color materials; Powder sprayed and fluorocarbon aluminum section materials, with colors over 1000. Imitation texture aluminum materials and various heat insulation (strip fixing) aluminum materials can be produced, too.Industry aluminum section materials: Decoration materials, furniture materials, motor enclosures and radiator etc.

4. Both ISO certificate and national quality inspection exemption certificate are gained.
